For your Abstract submission follow instructions given, please.
GUIDELINES FOR THE PREPARATION OF ABSTRACTS
The official language of the Symposium is English and all abstracts must be in English.
Present the author’s contact details including full mailing address, e-mail address, phone number and fax number. Please do not use abbreviations.
Abstracts should be as informative as possible and must use the following structured format:
- author(s) names must be in upper and lower case (e.g. J.J. Smith)
- the presenting author’s name must be indicated (underlined)
- the abstract title must be in UPPER CASE letters and is limited to 250 characters
- abstracts should not exceed 200 words
Images, tables, diagrams and graphs should not be included in the abstract.
Other file types cannot be accepted. Please note that these may be resized to fit the final printed material and will automatically reduce the number of words allowed in the abstract body.
We recommend using word-processing software (for example Word) for editing your abstract and counting the number of characters (Sample file).
NOTE: Taking into consideration the nature of the symposium (what we are doing to correct it), communications somehow dealing with the Azores will have preference.
